Leland K. Kovarik was born in Friend, Nebraska on April 2, 1938. He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1966. Lee received his B.A. at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1960, and his J.D. from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law in 1966. While in college, he was a member of Delta Theta Phi. Lee served as City Attorney for the City of Gering, Nebraska from 1986 to 2000. Audrey M. Bartholomew was born in Benkelman, Nebraska on March 29, 1981.She received her BA at the University  of Nebraska - Lincoln in 2003 and her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2006. She was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 2006. While in Law School, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Moot Court Parliamentarian and a member of ALTA.
